My order is always fresh and tasty every time I stop by! One of the store staff Taunda is always very friendly and welcoming. I imagine the rowdy late night East 6th street crowd can be difficult to deal with sometimes but the staff still manages to get all of their orders out for customers. My favorites were the vegan sugar cookie and chocolate chip brownie 🔥🔥

I honestly hate to leave a bad review but I had a tremendous amount of trouble with this location placing an order. I placed an order in the app with the wrong address. When I got the confirmation email with the store phone number I called them to correct the address. The associate was extremely rude and dismissive. She told me that the phone number was to the corporate line and I had to Google a way to find a different phone number to call the store I actually needed. I ended up calling the other Austin Texas location and had a fabulous interaction with a lady named Kerrie. She was extremely helpful and kind. Unfortunately, I did have to call back to the original store as that is where I placed the order. I ended up calling 11 times because when someone answered the phone, there was no one responding to me. I finally gave up and figured out how to cancel the order in the app. I then replaced the order with the correct address. That night I got to print calls from this location of girls just laughing in the background. I’m still waiting for my order to go out and no changes can be made because it says it is already processed however, the store is not even open yet today. So when my

Not sure what was going on with the staff, yelling to eachother and obviously frustrated, but the cookie ice-cream sandwich we got was huge. I was asking for the single scoop (which amongst the yelling i wasn't heard) , but was given the triple scoop. Yes we just paid and left. There was too much going on and we just wanted to get out dessert and leave.

The lady had an attitude; she gave me less cookies than I ordered but got mad at me when I told her about it. She was not having a good day. I love how the cookies are kept warm right up until you place your order. The cookies have a soft, gooey center. None of the cookies were bad and you can't go wrong with any of them.
